At Our candle studio, every candle is carefully hand-poured and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. 

ORDER PROCESSING: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer during high-demand periods. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, most packages arrive within 3-7 business days.

ORDER TRACKING: 

After your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

PACKAGING;

Each candle is securely wrapped and packaged to help prevent damage during transit while maintaining a premium unboxing experience

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES:

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

ADDRESS ACCURACY:

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the costumer
